Qualified in Medicine and Surgery, specialised in General and Digestive Surgery

Head of the Coloproctology Section at the General University Hospital of Valencia, with over 30 years of experience in complex pelvic surgery, collaborating with the Reproductive Surgery Unit of EJC in surgeries for deep pelvic endometriosis with intestinal involvement. Coordinator of the Endocrine Surgery Unit at the General University Hospital with training and experience in breast pathology and endocrine surgery.

Member of the Endometriosis Committee of the General University Hospital of Valencia and the Multidisciplinary Reference Unit for Abdominopelvic Oncological Surgery at the General University Hospital of Valencia.

Author of over 70 articles in national and international journals, 14 books or book chapters, and editor of 2 books. Involved in over 20 research projects with 13 research awards, author of over 250 presentations at congresses, and speaker at multiple courses and congresses.
