Why will we process your personal data?

Your personal data will be used to send you our newsletter featuring information that may be of interest, concerning our sector of activity, by registering on our mailing list.

We will also track the email marketing campaigns launched. (emails opened, links clicked, through the email marketing provider)

How long will we keep your personal data for?

Your personal data will be processed unless you revoke the consent given for this type of commercial or informative communication. After the consent is revoked, we shall keep the data “blocked” for the duration of the responsibilities stemming from the statute of limitations governing the processing of your personal data, for a maximum of 3 years.

What are the legal grounds for processing your personal data?

The consent from the data subject pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the RGPD.

Commercial communications via email are sent via HubSpot services (HubSpot, Inc.), which is the data processor, and with whom we have signed a membership agreement under Article 28 of the GDPR.

With your contact details, specifically your email address, an international data transfer to the USA is planned when using a service provider to manage information/commercial communications (newsletter) that hosts your data there.

Such data transfer is covered under the standard contractual clauses adopted by HubSpot, Inc. pursuant to European Commission Decision 914/2021 for the transfer of personal data to data processors in third countries

What rights do you have when you give us your personal data?

Access rights: You have the right to know if your data are being processed and to receive such information in writing via the requested means.

Rectification rights: You have the right to request the rectification of your data if they are inaccurate or incomplete.

You have the right to request the deletion of your data. However, note that the right of deletion is limited where there is a legal obligation to retain or block your data.

Under certain circumstances, data subjects may request that their data be subject to limited processing. In this case, we shall only keep them to make or defend against complaints, protect third parties or for reasons of important public interest.

Under certain circumstances and for reasons related to your specific situation, you may object to the processing of your data. The data controller shall stop processing the data, except on compelling legitimate grounds or to make or defend against complaints.

When the processing of your data is based on consent or is required to execute a contract or pre-contract, and is done by automated means, you shall have the right to the portability of your data, meaning to have them delivered in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and to forward them to a new controller.

Any interested party may file a complaint with the competent Data Protection Supervisory Authority, especially when not satisfied with the exercise of their rights.
